San Francisco Accordion Club June 2011 Musical Meeting

June Musical Meeting-

We had only one performer for this meeting--the fabulous Vincenzo Abbracciante--and what a performance he put on for us! Traveling with Vincenzo was Jeff Iacomo, the US rep for Borsini Accordions. Pres. Lynn Ewing, appropriately, had just returned from Castelfidardo, the accordion center of Italy!

The first half of the meeting featured Vincenzo playing solo, and in the second half he was joined by two local sidemen, Steve Auerbach on bass and George Ballantyne on drums.

A superb show on a beautiful afternoon! If you ever have a chance to meet and hear Vincenzo Abbracciante, don't pass up the opportunity!
